Our four-year bachelor's program in medical microbiology provides students with a solid foundation in fundamental concepts of microbiology, immunology, and molecular biology, while emphasizing their application to the study of infectious diseases.
The School of Medical Education, a self financing college, previously run directly by Mahatma Gandhi University till 2016, came into existence in 1993 with an aim of providing trained human resources in the area of allied medical and health sciences. Now this institution is under the control of Centre for Professional and Advanced Studies (CPAS), a Society established by Government of Kerala.
Building upon the knowledge and skills acquired at the undergraduate level, our two-year master's program in medical microbiology offers advanced training and specialization in specific areas of interest within the field. Designed for students seeking to deepen their understanding of microbiology and pursue advanced careers in research, healthcare, or academia, our master's program provides opportunities for in-depth study and research collaboration with faculty experts.
